May is Vision Health Month, which is about raising awareness of eye health and ways to prevent vision loss. In honour of this month, we’re highlighting Dispensing Opticianry alum and Regional Sales Manager at HOYA Vision Care Canada, Sherry Klassen, whose company has donated over $150,000 worth of optical lenses to opticianry students at Douglas College for the past 14 years.
