It’s World Mental Health Day! You still have time to sign up for Miles for Mental Health and raise awareness about mental health issues in your community. Help erase the stigma of mental illness as you walk or run 2.5km or 5km at Queen’s Park in New Westminster. Learn more milesformentalhealth.ca.

We’re also turning the Douglas sign at 8th & Royal in New West purple to show our support. Go check it out if you’re on or near campus after sunset.
